| Advertisers Terms and Conditions Please read all Terms & Conditions before purchasing your pixels for your logo. The main objective of this website is to create a place to find quality retail stores or services of interest to people and see images where one can read or hear your site name or message. The design of this site hopefully will make it easier for handicapped and all people to find a stores products and services quickly and easily. A portion of our proceeds would go towards advertising this site.
After purchasing your ad you (paid advertiser) are deemed to have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions here. Only retail stores and services will be considered and accepted at this time and we shall decide if your store/site meets our site theme. We reserve the right to limit the number of stores with like merchandise or to deny any website link or store that is not retail. No Offensive, Obscene, Violence, Bigotry or Adult (Pornography) images or links will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any of the above type sites and also charge a 10% restock space fee for tying up the space and use of our time. If you are unsure whether your site is acceptable, please feel free to contact us before you buy your ad at Info@ShopMillionPixels.com If your purchase of an ad is not approved then it breaks our terms of service. Please note: we are not selling you any claim or rights to any ownership of our site www.ShopMillionPixels.com or company. By buying an ad on this site you will not own any part of this site or any page space and are only granted the right to submit an appropriate image ad and link that will then be published to the space for which you have paid. No subleasing of the space is allowed or re-selling of the space. Your link must be to a web page only beginning with http:// and you must have the authority to provide the image ad and link for the website you are submitting. If you submit an image ad or link that was accepted and you later try to change the content of the linked site to show any offensive, obscene, violence, bigotry or adult pornography materials you will be given one opportunity to correct this immediately. If not corrected, your image ad and link will be removed, your space will be forfeited without refund. We reserve the right to move or reject your ad so that 16 ads will fit vertically and 10 horizontally across on each of the colored grids. If you want your logo in a certain place please tell us which page, colored area, row and column as described below. Columns
Rows Only one image ad sized exactly(88 width pixels by 31 high pixels) to fit in the total space in GIF preferably or low resolution JPEG format in a reasonable file size. We reserve the right to make any jpeg into a Gif if we consider the file size too big. Most Gif files look just as good on the web anyway. No animated images will be accepted. If you are having difficulties sizing your logo to specifications, email us at Info@ShopMillionPixels.com and we will be more than happy to resize your logo. Ad prices are below for each area of the two Mall level pages and top, middle and bottom colored sections. Your daily cost for advertising will range from $0.205 to $0.82 depending on the Mall level page and colored section area you choose. (Example: $0.205 per day for Mall level_2 yellow area = $75. yearly for 365 days of advertising.)
(Example: $0.82 per day for Mall_1 magenta area = $300. yearly for 365 days of advertising.) Please make sure when ordering an ad that you choose your correct Mall level page (Mall level 1 or Mall level 2) and colored section (top, middle or bottom) that you want your logo on and also row and column. We reserve the right to move any ad upwards in each of the colored area rows so there will be less empty rows shown. If we move your ad up column area will remain as close as we can to your original position you chose. This should not be a problem if you look at the site before buying your ad. We reserve the right to change ad pricing at any time and no refunds or adjustments will be given to existing ad customers. Once you have paid for your ad any price increases or decreases will not apply to you for the 365 day term. Once your image ad and link have been accepted and published on a page you cannot get a refund for any reason. You cannot change your image ad or link except for a legal reason once you have submitted them and they are approved and published so please be sure to check them carefully before submitting them. The 'ad clock' starts ticking from the time when the ad is approved and published. Your image will be online for 365 days and on rare occasion might be down for site maintenance which we will try to keep as short time as possible. No credits or refund will be given for any site downtime. During your 365 day term if you decide you want your image ad and link removed for what ever reason, we will do this but you will not get any refund and the space will be publicly available again with no monies due you. You may provide alt/title text that appears when the mouse hovers over your image. This text must be 60 characters or less so it does not block the visitors viewing of other images. Privacy Policy: ShopMillionPixels.com will only use your name, address, phone number, email address, and billing information for the purpose of setting up your account and for email communication between us. We will not disclose provided information to any third party nor sell any of your information. We do have to cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law if this becomes applicable. Disclaimer: ShopMillionPixels.com and its owners reserves the right to be held harmless for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided on this site. All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Only the author of the respective image ad and link will be liable and not the one who has linked to these pages. Presently, we only accept U.S. payments of Visa, MasterCard or American Express using our order form thru the link below but if you want to use Pay Pal™ payment we will send a link after we receive the form filled out minus your credit card number. You do not have to have a Pay Pal™ account to pay with any of the above cards. For Pay Pal™ payment you will be directed to the Pay Pal™ secure https:// site for our payment and all your information is encrypted and sent over a SSL secure connection.
